Taiji is a way of unifying the mind and body. It focuses on relaxation, balance of movements, and exercise of the mind and body.
Qigong is a unique art to develop Qi (vital energy), empower the mind, relieve stress, balance the emotions, and harmonize organ function.
Through the practice of Taiji and Qigong, one will experience increased overall energy and a sense of well being not known before.
The Instructor
Dr. Jian-ping Fu has been teaching Taiji Qigong for 15+ years in the Santa Monica and West LA community. She has taught Taiji at UCLA School of Medicine, and various conferences and symposiums.
